I hired this company based on the reviews on homestar - and I was extremely pleased with the result. Manjur conducted a thorough inspection of the house from the attic to the basement. In every room, he inspected the moisture content in the walls, the air flow through the temperature, draft and seal between the windows and a thermal imaging scan of the walls. Although the house looked spotless and perfect, he identified various critical issues and other minor faults that had to be addressed. He found mice infestation problem in the attic and based on that he checked specific locations that mice hide through out the house to look for mice droppings. This revealed that the problem was not localized to the attic but spread through out the house. He also checked all the wiring thorough out the house, ventilation in the attic and the rain water drain. His inspection into the furnace unit also identified that it had not been serviced or maintained in a long time. Due to the short time line in which the condition for the sale of the house had to be met, he provided a written report outlining the critical flaws and a recommended timeline in which to address them. I was highly pleased by his service and would highly recommend him to others.
