Lower Attic they Pulled back existing insulation from soffit area. Installed soffit baffles where missing. Air sealed the perimeter of main plumbing stack, hatch & electrical openings in attic area with expandable foam. Upgraded exisitng attic insulation with 10" loose Cellulose insulation to achieve R-50. Installed weather-stripping onto attic hatch. Installed R-50-batt. Upper Attic Pulled back existing insulation from soffit area. Installed soffit baffles where missing. Air sealed the periemter of main plumbing stack, hatch electrical openings in attic area with expandable foam. Upgraded existing attic insulation with 7" of loose Cellulose insulation to achieve R-50. Installed weather-stripping onto attic hatch& installed R-40 batt. My only criticism is that when they are done they seal up the attic door (to help insulate) and so the homeowner never gets to actually see what has been done, perhaps they could take a few photos before they seal up and attach the photos to the invoice?

Britt and I negotiated and I got a great price as well as all windows are doors coloured (looks so much better than white)! Serge and his crew spent 6 days at my house working hard in cold weather, such a professional job! The work is seamless and Serge consulted me at every little decision. Don't underestimate what a big decision window and doors are, you should have them for life and you will LOVE your home if you chose right! I love standing outside and staring at my home, what a transformation! The also did a good job cleaning up which is always appreciated by the home owner. Thanks Britt and Serge!

Frank came and took measurements quickly and discussed options and prices on site. Yvonne(?) sent me the quote and I put down the deposit, she answered all my questions. 5 days later Patrick came and did the installation. I was very impressed with the time they each took with me to meet my needs and the installation was done quickly without mess. It looks great and I will use them again!
