In Nov. 2021 we contacted Dryer Vent Wizard because of an awful sound coming from the booster fan attached to our dryer vent. We are in a 20yr old condo building and, after realizing that no-one had ever cleaned our vents during that period, we contracted with Dryer Vent Wizard to come see what the problem was. At that time, the technician cleaned our vents, updated our vent connector hose (to bring it up to current fire standards) and cleaned our booster fan. We were impressed with the work and the tech, Sulaiman. Unfortunately, I think being clean of all that dust and cat fluff was a shock to the motor's system and it just died 2 days later. But it was 20 yrs old and had been working hard. We contacted Dryer Vent Wizard again, and between December 2021 and March 2022, we maintained contact while they tried to source a new fan motor/fan system for us. In March 2022, Quintin arrived with a new booster fan motor and installed it. The fan is now so quiet that my husband doesn't believe I've turned it on. In the entire time living here it had never been that quiet! I'd like to thank Vic for maintaining contact across that time. The problems locating a replacement when supply chains were being impacted were not his fault, but he stayed in touch and kept trying. Thank you!

We live in a condo and are not handy in the least. Searched the internet to find someone who would/could rescreen our window screens as they were old, ratty looking, dirty and torn in places. Terry had wonderful reviews, was quick to answer the phone and booked us for the following Monday morning. Giving him the number of screens and the dimensions allowed him to give us a quick quote and ask us to decide between aluminum or fibre glass mesh, with price options for each. On arrival, he noted that the wheels on the sliding door screen were no longer wheeling and he offered to fix that too =) I was a bit concerned about doing this in the middle of our living room, but Terry just picked all the screens up and took them to his truck. (All screens were already removed from windows). He was back in an hour and they look wonderful, he also helped me re-install the sliding door. I will be suggesting him to other friends in this condo and in others.
