APV reno did an exceptional job for our whole reno. From day 1, we knew we knew we had hit a jackpot as it was clear the level of professional and quality work we were getting. They did the whole house painting including 18 doors ( which look stunning), wood trims and chair rails. They removed some doors and left the frames like there was never a door, same with some older wood trims in the staircase; they painted our staircase spindles and risers and the brick fireplace; for the doors they also changed all the hardware (hinges, door knobs). They redid our whole laundry room, wallpapered our powder room, installed light fixtures, changed old receptacles and rod curtains and mirrors. And they also painted our kitchen chairs, some bathroom cabinets and table legs (beautifully!) and they did our air vents matching our wood and ceramic floors. All was done with an exceptional degree of quality and ensuring our furniture and floors were protected while the work was done. And they were right on time ( 16 days to do the whole makeover!!!) John is a very knowledgeable and reliable person. He came, evaluate the work, quickly provide a quote and did the work. Our basement had several door, each one "one of a kind", all with weird sizes. John did an excellent job replacing the old stuff, changing all the hardware and painting the doors. The basement looks so much better with this! He left everything in prime condition, clean up and took the old doors, hardware, garbage. I strongly recommend him for any home improvements work. (I wish I would have taken photos before and after so people can see the difference!)

Excellent work and professional management. Danny promptly replied to my emails including coming to provide an estimate, was very receptive to our questions and provided correct answers. The crew was spectacular, everything was exactly how they found it (including our solar lights). And most important, the roof looks great!
