I only visited once but can't honestly say that I will go back. I was looking for a couch to fit in my tiny condo and found the salespeople to be quite pushy. The furniture in stock wasn't too appealing either to be honest. The store has good potential, but I wasn't too happy with it!
We purchased a townhouse in Windsong and honestly haven't had bad experiences like others have. I feel like the detached single family homes have way more problems. I can honestly say that I feel like a reasonable effort has been put into addressing our concerns so far. We have our 1 year warren try visit coming up and honestly do not have many complaints. Mattamy homes are a bit more affordable than others - you get what you pay for, I suppose. But no major complaints from us!
