He recommended a proper model of furnace according to my home and my plan. As many reviews said, a good furnace product is just a half to ensure your comfort, the furnace installation is another half. Jason from this company is a very experienced technician. He carefully removed the old one and installed the new furnace, cleaned the working area. The company had a follow-up phone call one week later after the installation to check their services from the sales to installation. The new furnace has run almost two months. I'm very satisfied.
