I used Sean because he specializes in mold detection. I was concerned with one area of the house we are renting and Sean and his dog Marni discovered there were other areas of concern. For the sake of our health, I appreciate Sean doing such a thorough job and explaining each aspect of his report so it made sense to me and the owner of the house. His report was detailed and easy to follow, the pictures he included made it helpful to understand problem areas. Sean was wonderful getting back to me when I had follow up questions. Would highly recommend.
