Gord, Jeff and Fedor are very efficient and careful with the items I need to move. All items are wrapped very well and delicately. Also suggested some home improvement for me which I appreciated. Great result overall.

I "literally" paid for this service, even though it's covered by insurance. Their contract allows them to ask the customer paid for anything that they like, very bad customer services, and lots of hidden costs. The contractors hired by them is great, but the company and the project management is extremely bad. I was forced to move my items out of my property, back into the property (even though there are room to store them within the property), and i was told after i signed a completion form, that I have to now pay for all these cost. Do NOT trust this company.
