An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Both Paula, manager and Colin the technician were excellent. Paula listened to my problem, which was serious since the furnace didn't work when we arrived from Florida exhausted. We were put up in a local hotel and the following day the problem was assessed. We were given some electric heaters to warm our house and the following day Colin came over with a helper and they fixed the heat exchanger. Well done to all. Ray. S. Stouffville
