Sam, the co-owner with his wife of the company, showed up promptly for the appointment and called beforehand with the exact time of his arrival. My Miele dishwasher was not draining properly after a wash leaving a standing pool of water at the bottom. Sam was very careful and professional n diagnosing the problem and it did not take him long to determine that the problem was a small piece of broken glass that was blocking the drain hole. I would highly recommend Sam for future jobs.

I came back from vacation and my 30-year old AC was not working anymore. I consulted HomeStars and AccuServ was the second company that I called. Am I ever glad that I called AccuServ! Rahul, the technician, diagnosed the problem promptly as a faulty capacitor. Rahul is a most pleasant, competent young professional and I recommend him highly. The problem was fixed in less than an hour.

Imagine picking up the Yellow Pages to look for a drainage contractor. It is a challenge on any given day let alone on a Saturday. Through a stroke of luck I chose DrainWorks. What appealed to me were two things: that the company supported the SickKids Foundation and that it was the recipient of the Consumer's Choice Award in "Drain Service Excellenc" for 8 consecutive years. The X-factor, however, was Matt Achcinski, the technician who showed up to do the job. He was a true professional, courteous, and readily explained the problem and options for dealing with it long-term. The drain blockage was cleared up using an electric snake and caused tremendous relief and satisfaction all around. Matt cleaned up afterwards and was a real pleasure to have around. Kudos to Matt and to DrainWorks for a job well done! Thanks also to William who kept me regularly updated with respect to the technician's availability. I would recommend DrainWorks and Matt anytime.
