From my first contact with Brock Doors and Windows to arrange an estimate, to Walter coming to provide window options and estimate, to Stefan and his team, I was completely satisfied. Stefan and his team worked well and efficiently. They were polite and cleaned up when the work was done. The windows look great!

Scott and his crew are wonderful. These guys are young, professional, work efficiently as a team & very polite to deal with. The result is a beautiful, well constructed retaining wall across the front and side of my house, and a patio across the back of the house. I would highly recommend them, and wish I could rate them higher than "10". (10+++)

Unfortunately my opinion has changed, so I decided I needed to remove my positive review. I don't want to say anything negative, so I will not say anything. I have no comment.

My house and garage were built in 1952. Solid brick. The wood door jams around the large garage door and the small entry doors at the front and back of the garage has layers of paint which has peeled off and been repainted multiple times. Looks horrible. I contacted Shaun at Home Doctor to have them covered up with aluminum panels/capped. A crew of 3 men arrived a few weeks later, did a fantastic job in 3 hours. The garage looks fresh and new. Extremely pleased with the work.

Early March I came home to a flood in the basement. With snow melting and a heavy rain a few days earlier, the water could not absorb into the frozen ground, so it found a way into the basement. DrainCom was recommended to me by a colleague at work, from the time I contacted them, until the job was done on April 2nd, I was more than satisfied. I met with Carl who gave my the estimate, which was lower than I expected. The crew of two men arrived on the scheduled day, on time. They had to dig the trench by hand, with the ground still frozen. The entire job was completed in a day and a half. These two men worked like machines, were very pleasant, and even swept the dirt off the window sills near the work site before leaving. I would absolutely recommend, without hesitation. Excellent work!!
