I have used the Oakville Handyman for a large assortment of jobs since 2006. Nick has installed plumbing fixtures, ceiling fans, baseboard & ceiling moldings, repaired broken door frames and a host of other renovations and repairs that I was incapable of doing myself. He also designed and built an addition to our backyard deck. He is both professional and friendly, My wife and I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else for home repsirs and upgrades.

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
The Oakville Handyman (Nick) will give you an honest appraisal as to what the job would cost as well as what's involved. We went to him when our fence posts needed to be replaced and while he couldn't do the job himself, he put us in touch with someone who could at no cost to us.

I was referred to Lakeshore Home Maintenance through a friend and had no regrets. Sarah and Keith were both professional and personable. They honoured their estimate and completed the work on time and to my complete satisfaction.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Advertise their services (possibly a flyer or a brochure?)...the only way I found out they existed was through a referral by Nick Godfrey, the "Oakville Handyman".

Thanks for the great review Bob. We were happy to help you and your wife out with the fence. At this point, so much of our business is coming from referrals that we decided to ease up on advertising as we wanted to keep things personal. Your idea of a brochure is a great one and I suspect will be a winter project for us!
