2 months later since the installation (Oct.25/19) after living through significantly cold weather I can tell with confidence: both, living and family rooms became remarkably warmer and the noise from the street is less noticeable. It happened on Friday night in between 2 brutal cold waves. The old garage door stopped in the middle and did not move. I left a dozen of emails and telephone messages to different garage doors contractors. Chris responded first (Sunday evening). 8:00 a.m. on Monday he was at our house and by 5 p.m. we had a new garage door installed. Prompt response. Attention to customers' needs.
