I purchased a freezer earlier this month from Leon's and due to the fact that the price was more than 498 dollars, the delivery was then included. I had an overall positive experience in the store and the delivery because it went as planned. They called an hour before to notify me that they were coming. They carried the freezer down to the basement and placed it in the exact spot as directed. Thank you Leon's, I would recommend Leon's for anyone who is in search for furniture and or appliances.

I bought a mattress on March 8th, after I brought it home and unpacked it I found the stitches that are holding the cushion together are either falling off or not there at all. I called customer service and I was told to make pictures and email the pictures to them. Its March 29, and after several calls to customer service, still nothing has happened. I don't know how long I'm going to have to wait and why its possible and acceptable to sell a defective and poor quality product. I have no money back and received poor customer service. If you want to waste your money and your time go to Bad Boy.
