We ordered kitchen blinds a couple of years and were very pleased with the entire experience. We decided this February to order blinds for our patio doors. This time, we experienced some spotting on the blinds. The team were fantastic to deal with. TJ, especially, delivered excellent customer service and worked with us to determine the cause and resolution. Today, our new blinds were installed. I can't recommend Budget Blinds of South East Toronto enough.

Joseph of JD Build repaired the cracking concrete on our porch and the workmanship was good. It was a difficult job. However, our problem arose with the re-surfacing of the porch. Within six months, the surfacing compound began to chip. JD Build provided a 5-year guarantee on his work. I have called him several times and he has said he would come by to take a look at it and never has. I even went up to him in a grocery store when I unexpectedly saw him there. He became defensive but eventually calmed down. He gave me his word that he would drop by to take a look at the issue the following week. He even shook my hand. Joseph never showed up. Because of this, I would never recommend JD Build.

Envirotek is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a Living Social coupon for duct cleaning but they kept referring to my 'carpet cleaning' order. The day of the scheduled appointment 'Carlos' cancelled my carpet cleaning at 8:00 a.m. because he was in Niagara Falls and I was in Toronto. I tried reaching the office but you can't get anyone on the telephone. Plus it takes days to get a response by email. I find Envirotek's approach is unprofessional. I will never use them and I would not recommend them to anyone. I, fortunately, received a refund from Living Social.

We are extremely pleased, in fact thrilled, with Stonecraft Canada's work and the installation of our quartzite countertop. The end result is beautiful. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and highly skilled in their craft. Elena was a delight to work with and she is very responsive to her customer's needs. I highly recommend Stonecraft Canada.
