Andy was great in conducting his inspection in a timely manner. He's well educated and took the time to explain the building code for deviations I never thought existed. He inspected the whole house inside and out, and took the time to explain how to maintain certain parts of it. I highly recommend using his services and I guarantee you will be greatly satisfied.
