Recently I had the need to work on my back fence and met the Zedo team though my neighbour, whose fence was being worked on. While the fence was worked on without any issues, I am instead writing this review for the 1 additional task I requested which was outside the scope of the initial work. While the Zedo team did not do the work immediately on this task, I was kept in the loop that it will be done. What I appreciate was the fact that my expectation was set and effectively managed. The fence is completed and so is my additional task. Thanks Zeadin, much appreciated and much respect. Hope to work with you again in the future.

Steve and the team resolved an issue with my fireplace not starting last December. Silly me, I decided to turn the fireplace off during the summer. When attempted to power up the fireplace a few weeks ago, it would not start. Reached out to Steve again and as always, the team was prompt to resolve my issue and with excellent professionalism. I can't promise Steve he is going to hear from me again on this fireplace, as I do not plan to ever take it off again :-). Thanks Steve and thanks Nick for the excellent service. Regards Nik
