Stephen agreed by phone to pay half for damage his crew did to concrete work I installed which was clearly marked with caution tape. 5 months later, no payment. Only avoidance tactics. Stephen was not honest with me. He said he would pay and he has not done it in spite of numerous communications from us. If he pays I will post an update
