Worst nightmare in name of landscaping company. Started landscaping in March 2106 and still not free of defects. Ruined my entire year in calling/messaging/writing emails. Steve never showed-up in time, ever kept his promise, put dried sod in my yard brought from other site (because I checked with supplier and the sod was lifted previous week and not in the same quantity) Learnt from others property owners later that I was not the only exception. Two in my neighborhood had kicked this company out in the middle due to these practice.

My hubby and I decided to become snowbirds this winter and took off to phoenix for a few weeks. We contacted Steve to take care of our snow removal while we were gone and had our neighbor let us know if the job was actually being done. Much to our delight and surprise our neighbor informed us that not only was a crew out within hours of each and every snowfall but he noted that even on days where there wasn't snow a crew was out chipping hard packed snow on our driveway or spreading icemelt on our sidewalk. Super happy with the level of service that we received, even if we don't leave again for Phoenix next year we may contract Donewell again just to take care of our driveway anyways! Great work guys!

I live in Sherwood Park, and had hired Steven to do some landscaping in my back yard. Everything looks awesome. I Was very surprised at the attention to detail. Steve expected everything to be perfect. They revamped my flower garden, and re leveled my yard so it no longer slopes. Great Work guys, Keep it up!

After trying other companies and finding it nearly immpossible to get ahold of anyone I called This company and Steve picked up right away. I asked if he could do Snow Removal for me and he showed up later that day. So far everything has been great!

Three years and counting. I've been using Donewell and Steve for the past three years for everything from lawn care and landscaping to snow removal. Over this time I've gotten to know Steve and build a relationship. I couldn't be happier with the service provided and I look forward to using them for many years to come.
