Our home reno project was delayed by COVID, but as soon as it was safe to get started again, Norseman's team was on the job, guided by project manager Robert Hansen. We really appreciated Robert's attention to detail and his advice when it came to fixtures and materials. Also he is an all around great guy - and he loves dogs :-)

We hired Improve to replace our very old windows and front door. Phil was great to work with from the very beginning - from giving us a fair price, to helping with the choice of colour - even when we changed our minds! The installation went very smoothly, Mike was very helpful in terms of reinstalling a delicate stained glass window. We are very happy with our new windows and door - our house looks SO much better!! Thanks Phil and Mike!

I highly recommend Dimitar. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions about the lock he was replacing. He cut a bunch of keys for me right on the spot which was great. When I was having trouble using a couple of the keys, he came back and recut them for free. It was a pleasure meeting him.

Rick has been out to service my furnace twice, and to check my air conditioner. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable and his team has always been friendly and cordial. Rick has even taken time out of his busy schedule to respond to questions that I sent by email after hours. He is always great at troubleshooting my furnace issues! Thanks Rick! You are great!!
