I've bought a furnace from Reliable Home Comfort 5 years ago with a 10-year part and labor warranty. Today, my furnace stopped working. I've called Reliable and they sent technician (Darryl) to me within couple of hours. Apparently my flame sensor stopped working and it took Darryl less than 5 minutes to identify and fix the problem. I had absolutely no problem claiming my warranty. All I had to do is to show the proof of purchase. Best customer service experience! Thank you so much! The whole experience was indeed spectacular and flawless!
