In June we moved into our new home in Cimarron Vista Crescent in Okotoks. The Trico team has impressed us right from the first walk through. Theresa St. Germain, the service & warranty coordinator went above & beyond to meet our requests. Yasmina Rodesly, our new warranty & service coordinator has also been very efficient and answered all our requests in a frienly efficient manner. Don Watkins, the service & warranty technician was very friendly, punctual & informative. All of the trades people were very efficient. It has been a pleasure to work with tne Trico Company. I would definitely recommend Trico Homes to other buyers. They have gone above & beyond in making our home purchase a happy one. It is wonderful to know there are still Companies that go above & beyond to satisfy their customers.

March 19,2014 Brooks Our home was a spec home, so we had no input on the actual design & upgrades, we loved our home from the first time we seen it. We were very satisfied with how we were treated. Neil Donnelly, the area sales manager for Trico Homes in Cimarron, Okotoks was a pleasure to work with. Neil was very patient, knowledgeable and accommodating while he helped us through the whole house purchasing procedure. Anytime we had a question, he was more than willing to help us. Our walk through was done in a very friendly & professional manner. Khurram at Coast Wholesale Appliances was very knowledgeable & friendly to work with.
