He promised a date and the crew showed up early. He discussed the setup with me for approval and his team took no time in implementing the work. Due to the Rogers distribution box being on my property, I asked the crew to be extra careful to avoid cutting any cables going to the neighbors. They were very careful digging all around the house and ensuring a clean finish. They built the whole setup and were gone by 2pm. This company is very responsive and always answers any questions or concerns. Thanks again guys.

We have been wanting to get the house painted for a while and finally took the plunge. Called a few companies but the most responsive was Five Star. Responding back to customers promptly is the number 1 important thing a company should do, it's a shame a lot of Ontario's contracors don't get this. In any case, Souheil came by, we spent over an hour discussing our options, we agreed, he then advised that a color consutant will contact us to assist in color choises. MariFe did and we also spent an hout with her. She was very pleasant. Within a week we started the work, as promised Souheil indicated they needed 4 days and that's how long it took. The crew are professional, they are patient and listened to all our concerns and requests. I would recommend Five Star.

This company is the worst to deal with, they keep making excuses about the appointment to do the work and after repeated calls to get the work done following the quote, I still got nothing but excuses, they wasted my time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, they are fairly useless.

I wanted to provide you with some feedback about my latest experience with the purchase of a Carrier furnace. My experience with Reliance started a couple of years ago when I started renting a Hot Water tank from them. I was initially hesitant since my contract was with Direct Energy but when the installers arrived and laid out all the work they were going to perform and they listened to my concerns and explained everything to me, I was more comfortable and kept Reliance in mind for future purchases. This year I was planning to replace my furnace/AC combination in the spring of 2014 but my Lennox furnace became un-repairable and inoperable Monday evening March 3rd on a very cold night. This left me with no choice but to expedite the process and start researching on-line the various options I had. I contacted a few companies that night but only Reliance got back to me that same night, and the sales representative called me that same night to confirm the appointment for the following day. He came by and explained the options and we came to an agreement by around 5:30 PM. The following day the crew arrived to install. Once again, the 2 technicians were very helpful, explained all the work they will be doing, and proceeded to install. Furnace went out Monday 5PM, I had heat in the house by Wednesday 7PM. It is nice to be treated like a customer not like another numbered client on an invoice. The sales representative called again the following day to follow-up and make sure I was happy with my furnace and I was. I highly recommend reliance for your house equipment needs and I would buy from them again. They got 5 stars from me for the quick service and care they gave to me and my family.
