Provided some great advice around water penetration and pooling issues. Solution included connecting an open downspout to a gutter, applying caulking to numerous gaps in siding and a general inspection. Seems to have resolved the water issue but they suggested next steps if it didn't. They communicated efficiently and timely. Showed up on time and did the work quickly.
Spray wasp nest at ground level
Fast service. Straight forward and honest. My job was pretty simple (no ladders required) but I've never sprayed a nest before so I thought I'd hire a pro. I would use Cain Pest again.

This was a bigger job than it sounds. The old plastic faucet broke off leaving plastic stuck inside the pipe. I originally thought the entire pipe would need to be cut, but Glen came up with an ingenious solution to get out the plastic. Overall, Glen is great to work with and is a fast and efficient worker. His pricing is also very fair. I would recommend to my friends and family.
Charlie did a great job replacing one of our old inside doors with a new one I had purchased (this included straightening the door frame). He came on time and gave me a couple options to tailor the job to my needs and budget. The work was completed well and faster than expected. I would definitely recommend Charlie.
