The Burtrum team came to do my fireplace tune up which was fine. A couple of days later the fan conked out so I called them but no answer at least 10 times and their message box is full. They use to have excellent service now I would call it awful!! My husband and I own 2 plumbing and heating companies and always refered them for fireplace work, I don't think we will be doing that any more. It has been a month now and still no answer and message box full....Really!!! Good luck buildng a busness with that kind of service.
