ValaHome managed and executed our kitchen renovation a year ago. The work was performed by ValaHomeImprove and a team of professionals on time and within budget. The project management aspect was incredible as we only had 2 "down days" with no activity over a period of 7 weeks! This is a very impressive coordination feat. The work was of high quality, no shortcuts with professional grade materials. Any issue arising during the project (there always are in a project of this magnitude) was researched and discussed with us so we were always up to date with progress, delays or changes in the project. ValaHomeImprove proved to be very professional, flexible and accountable. We would hire ValaHomeImprove again for any major project in our residence.

Have been getting Code 33 System Failure on 4 year old Bryant gas furnace. First 3 years of operations of the furnace were without any issue. After a total of 11 visits from technicians, in the last 12 months, who still can't solve the problem, after the visit of a "supervisor who proceeded in telling me my house needed more air return ducks ($151) and my vents were not appropriately set up (of course, it's the customer's fault even though I tried to insist that I had not changed anything before the problem started to occur to no avail. Supervisor and technician left, telling me that it all has been fixed. 2 days later, Code 33 System Failure. What treatment am I getting with this latest issue? They won't return my call, they will not answer my calls anymore... Strongly suggest that you ask questions before you deal with Reliance Home Comfort.

As you attested to, we have escalated your concerns up the chain and have sent a Supervisor to your home to review your concerns and provide solutions based on your scenario.

Our goal for all of our customers is to provide comfort and piece of mind in your home. In explaining that more air flow was required to have your HVAC run efficiently was certainly not to blame you, rather provide solution. In addition, we have been in contact with the manufacturer to further investigate the scenario and have since been in touch with you to have a technician visit your home and continue to work towards resolution.
