We moved into our new house and decided to start with a clean slate and organized both the furnace and duct cleaning as well as carpet cleaning and sanitizing. After searching Google for high star reviews I was amazed that Dang Good Carpet and Furnace Cleaning not only had the highest star rating but also had the MOST reviews! An excess of 1200! After having a great phone call experience with Red and Mike, they scheduled Aaron and Richard to come clean our furnace first. These gentleman were extremely personable and professional. Very systematic in there work, cleaned up very well afterwards, even used a second pair of footwear in the house! Shortly after they were done, Marc arrived to clean the carpets. After a quick walk through he proceeded to get the whole house done in a couple of hours. The main floor he was able to take mostly clean carpets and make them even cleaner, a full shade difference, the basement, which appeared to have not been done for some time, 3 full shades different! All 3 gentleman were very clear in setting expectations and communicated well. Again, big shout out to Red, Mark, Aaron, Richard, and Marc! Thank you everyone for a great experience! Charles
