Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Overall, the customer services answers promptly when I call/email them. I also dealt with the need for a technician to come to my home to fix the doorbell and he was able to analyze and complete the work on a timely manner as well.

Circle D Group was very responsive and genuinely easy to work with! They are prompt with the installation and left zero mess. The electrical unit was perfectly installed and working for 2 months! I highly recommend this company to install your EVA charging station if you plan on buying an electrical car!

Great people who came to clean on my driveway during the past snowstorms we had this winter! They were prompt, manually cleaned off my front porch and using their snow removal truck, pushed off the snow off my driveway in a very organized manner especially the curb area! I can comfortably drive my car off the driveway turning out the curb without any issue!

Called the customer service line and spoke to Sherisse regarding my alarm system contract. She promptly looked up my contract and confirmed that we signed it for 4 years and not 3 years. She also helped me locate VoIp phone companies that are compatible with our alarm system. Service is prompt and they are good at meeting my needs and questions.
