We had the unfortunate experience of having our house burned down, it was a very stressful time, luckily we were connected with Dorval homes through our realtor. Dealing with such a stressful time, Jp Was very understanding and cooperative in the entire process, they also helped us navigate the entire project (also helping with the insurance negotiations) and were able to stick to a very reasonable timeline so we could get back into our home. Not only was this an urgent matter, but they were also able to deliver our dream home. We decided early on that we might as well add a second-floor addition and re-do all the framing and partitioning for the house. Through the guidance of jp and his team we were able to convert such a stressful time into an end project that surpassed our expectations, we went from a bungalow 3 beds 1 bath to a gorgeous two-story 4 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms ( 2 being en suite), marble flooring, 2 kitchens, front and back granite patio and an amazing basement for the kids to spend their time there with their friends. Honestly, If it weren't for Dorval homes and their amazing team not sure how our journey would have turned out, they over delivered and we couldn't be any happier! - Rania total price 700k
