Since posting my review regarding the dishonesty of the handyman that worked on our kitchen, the owner of the company has stepped up and returned the amount of the overcharge as well as apologized to my wife and I. Thanks very much George.
We have used Glenn Richardson Plumbing & Heating a number of times for various plumbing projects around the house. We decided to upgrade the main floor powder room with toilet and sink taps. Having bought both and arranging to have Gary install them I got a call that I had bought a toilet that would not fit. Gary agreed to meet me at the local box store and I bought the one he recommended. Gary then installed it in the main floor powder room and then installed the first toilet in our basement powder room. All done in one afternoon. Great service.
Carpets had not been cleaned for over three years so they were in need of a good cleaning. Amazing showed up at the appointed time and thoroughly cleaned the carpets. They are cleaner now than they were after the last company we used to clean these.

Washer stopped and Steve came in and recommended replacing it. Since the basement was built around it, Steve took teh machine apart and helped hike it to the curb. Steve then returned a couple days later and helped move the new washer machine in and hook it up. Great service.
Furnace motor and board replaced
Thursday in February was a cold day for the fan to stop, but Burlington Energy came out within a couple hours and replaced fan then got it running manually until a new logic board was brought in the following Monday. Logic Board had a hole burned in it. Great service and the house was warm all weekend.
