Well it' that time again and here comes the gas company for its yearly inspection.Well they said that the heat exchanger was cracked and the toxic levels were too high.So now i got no heat because the furnace was RED TAGGED. Dave Came over within an hour of me calling him(8:30pm)and within 5 mins had a few sollutions. After talking with Dave about all the options we decided a new furnace would be the best choice.He answered all of our questions in great detail and helped explain the Gov't grants to us. The unit was installed and the guys were out in no time. The only trace that they were there was the new furnace. And a great price too Thanks Dave
