Well our story goes like this:We tried to install a new toilet seat ourselves and by mistake we cracked the bowl.Needless to say we had to purchase a new toilet.Michael and Rob from Water Works Plumbing were great.They showed up at 9:20am and cleanly removed the old toilet without any mess.The smart looking toilet was installed later that morning.On the bright side,the new unit looks and works better.We are happy flushers now!
