Called them on the weekend and they came the same day and repair my washing machine. The technician was expert and helpful repair the problem on the spot after he finish he explained us how to prevent that problem from happening again, However After 3 days the machine had the same problem and we called the office and they send the same technician same day, he was very sorry, fixed the problem and promise it will not happen again, He told me if something like this will happen in the future to call him directly and he will come right away. I am very happy with their costumer service although they came back and fix the problem again they were very nice and understanding.
