Signed up for Dr. Green for the first time in 2013 and totally regretted it. They arrived and left in under 5 minutes for their call outs. The lawn looked no better than in years we serviced the lawn ourselves. The worst was the voluminous amount of up-charge phone calls. I would estimate that they have called us no fewer than 20 times to try and get us to sign up for more services. After the season they continued to contact us about signing up again for the next year, no matter how many times I told them to stop contacting us. I thought we had finally rid ourselves of this company until we received a mail out last month! Don't give them your number!

I am sorry to hear this. Please keep in mind that when a technician comes out to your property for a service they do not need much time at all to complete your application, depending on the property size of course. Because of our specialized equipment, when fertilizing or spraying it allows us to complete the job in a short time. We do offer a very comprehensive program and the only time we upsell any customer is if the technician had been out and made assessments to your lawn, which they do on every visit, and recommending something such as an over seeding, than as your provider it is our responsibility to follow up with you and inform you of the technicians recommendations. We do inform all customers of our auto renewal policy, and in order to cancel you must call customer service and inform us that you no longer wish to continue your service and we would cancel your account and provide you with a reference number for your records.
