Annual fire inspection for small commercial apartment building. Top notch work but pricing is bit over the top! Would like to see them offer lower rates for long-term customers, was able to find independent for about 60% their rates..
had a 50 yr old building copper piped re-placed. Did a great job re-plumbing and repairing the plaster, chipped some time around toilet shut-offs. Stuck to time line and to budget. Price was most competative
....called the plumbeing company, they came and unclogged my sewer, then broke the toilet bowl but didnt say anythging. then i called them back to come and fix the toilet and it cost another $150. I was using the regualrly for other work as well which done well...
Had the company install a new roof on a tall 4 story victorian heritage house. The roof was steep and it started leaking in december, other contractors turned down the job due to the complexity of the roof, how steep and high it was, and to cramped working conditions between houses here in kitsilano. Any ways, they tore off 3 old roofs, installed new black gutters with gutter screens, cleaned up nicely and protected the neighbours property and worked through some horible weather, all in all we did well by this company and we were in a difficult situation as several contractors had turned the job down!
Had all windows replaced in a residential apartment building. Retro had the best pricing, 35,000 for 54 windows. Windows are well made and work great. Did not have any issues with the install crew from tear-out to clean-up thus I would recommend them to future customers
