I had a toilet that was dripping water and once overlooked the bathroom, causing the hallway floor beside it to buckle. I scheduled the service for a Sunday and was very pleased with the results. The appointment was quickly made, the person who took the call was very courteous and professional. The technician, Will, not only did he fixed the problem but he went out if his way to check all the possible sources for malfunction in the future. He also explained a lot if things about the various products and options and recommended someone that may help with the floor. I will use this company in the future and definitely recommend them to others.

I moved from a big house to a condo and I had a lot of stuff to put in storage. After a thorough research I opted for PODS and couldn't be more happier.  Everything, from the first phone call to to the POD pick up works like a very well oiled machine. The organization and professionalism of the staff at all levels it is simply unmatched. I have the things in storage and a couple of times I needed the POD delivered and picked up at my place. I dealt with different people at the time of the scheduling, calls, and delivery drivers.  Every single one did an excellent job, in the office they went overboard to accommodate my special timing needs on one instance , their timing is impeccable, always as established, drivers call to let know when they are close, courteous and polite. They are absolutely awesome and would not thing of using anyone else.  I talked about PODS with everyone I know and will recommend without hesitation. A very pleasant experience.  Thank you so much.

I recently moved into a small irregular shaped and challenging condo that I needed to paint. Based on the reviews from HomeStars and friends recommendations I contacted various companies for quotes and scheduling. Renaissance was the one standing out by far. My schedule became very tight because of an unexpected event and needed this job done in 3 days max starting in 2 days not including the weekend. I called Jason and in a couple of minutes all my worries went away. The unexpected, the time constraints, the shape of the condo, the number of colours, things that other companies raised as problems did not exist for Jason. Calm and courteous he explained to me what needs to be done so then everything can be handled. We made an appointment for the actual quote over the weekend and finalised details. Mike show up for the estimate and then the work started. One of the things that impressed me was the punctuality. I could have set my watch after Mike. He starts at the time that he says, not a minute early and not one late. His work is of excellent quality and so was Joe's which worked with Mike in the first day. Thru the project Jason and Mike informed and advised me of every single thing, from the quality of paint to the amounts required. Mike is fantastic, professional, funny, no challenge or obstacle that he cannot solve. Towards the end of the job but before completion Jason and Geoff checked with me to make sure that all good and if there is anything that need change, fixing etc.  I am extremely impressed with the company and would not consider anyone else for my future projects. If anyone looks for  absolute peace of mind, exceptional quality of work, follow through, good quote and perfect scheduling this is the company to call.. Nothing that they cannot handle and a real pleasure working with them. Thank you so much A++

Based on the reviews from HomeStars I contacted Europa for loading a POD with various stuff from the garage and basement. After reading many horror stories about moving companies and their habits I was a bit worried. That is until I spoke and meet with Ray. Extremely courteous, friendly and professional on the phone he was even more when he came for an estimate. The cost was exactly as per the estimate, the crew was amazing, punctual, no time wasted, very careful with all the objects. I was very impressed with the whole process, a stress free experience and will definitely recommend Europa to everyone.

I contacted Mr. Handyman for a drier vent change and some painting. Victor took the call and very courteous made recommendations and scheduled the appointment. Jason was punctual, professional and a lovely person. He explained the work that needed to be done and then proceeded with the execution . The work was outstanding in terms of quality and time, a fantastic job. I was also impressed with their follow up call a couple of days later. I will definitely work with this company in the future and definitely recommend them.

Rob did a fantastic job on my windows, inside and out. He gave a lot of good advices and the work was outstanding. He was very professional, thorough, and a really lovely person. I highly recommend him.

Based on the reviews from HomeStars I contacted Green and Spotless for carpet, tile and grout cleaning in my basement. Alec came in for an estimate. He gave me a lot of good advices, he told me what I should get done as well as what I don't need to do, even, if that meant less business for him. After that we scheduled the execution and he was on time, brought special corner wall and floor protection as to not to damage the walls. The work was unbelievable the tiles and carpet that everyone advised me to replace looked like new, beyond recognition. Few stubborn stains remained and Alec came in few days later to deal with them until none remain. I was extremely impressed with the honesty, the professionalism and the execution. I will only work with Alec and his company from now on and recommend him to everyone I know.

Based on the reviews from HomeStars I contacted Locksmith Pros for replacement of my front door locks. From the moment they answered the call until the last final adjustment of the lock I was very impressed with their courtesy, professionalism and execution. The appointment was scheduled on a Wednesday and that was the day with one of the snow storm we had this winter. It snowed all morning, by noon had 2 feet of snow and was terribly cold. Traffic was horrible and driving the same. Despite all this, Shaked was on time, and waiting for me to get home. I had a very old lock that no longer fit today's standards and so the new lock required new drilling on a steel door, positioning of the lock in a way that the old door paint would be little visible and other technical details. Shaked installed the new lock in that horrible weather without overlooking or missing any detail. He took the necessary time, no rush, no compromise on quality until everything was perfect meaning that after finishing the installation he made few more adjustments to make sure everything ok. I would work with this company in the future and recommend them to everyone I know.

"Restoring order" was referred to me by my realtor as I was preparing my house for sale. An extremely lovely lady with an exquisite taste and a fabulous eye for details, Melanie made each room elegant and functional, without looking staged. She used what she could find in the house and completed what was missing taking care of everything without me having to worry for anything. The end result was a stunning home, multiple showings over one weekend received multiple offers and sold a day later with a record price, highest ever on my street. I definitely recommend Melanie to everyone who want similar results on the selling if their home.

I had to repair an ugly tear in my basement carpet and was worried that I have to replace the whole carpet. Someone recommended I talked to Mark so I called and scheduled an estimate. Mark, a very pleasant and professional man told me the price and very honestly told me that I will be able to see the seams although they will do the very best. I appreciated the honesty and went ahead and schedule the repair. The person who did the work, Al also extremely pleasant and professional did an amazing job, you cannot see the seams unless you have a magnifier and really looking for them. He also helped with other areas of the carpet with no additional charge and also other flooring advices. Absolutely fantastic and we'll beyond expectations. They are indeed the best, both Mark and Al are a pleasure to work with.

Very satisfied with the service. From the booking to the finish. Will showed up on time, the pay was exactly what was estimated, the full house not by the number of vents. Very professional and advised on other duct related issues not related to cleaning. Definitely recommend them. Thank you so much
