I got scratched dented appliances after arriving a week late. Then the delivery men were afraid of loosing their job as it was taking time to get 5 appliances in the door way. Then to top it off they add a 6 inc scratch to my new tiger wood floors.. And will not get back to me to cover the cost to repair.... Waiting on Gill to call me!!!!!

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Give your customer service reps authority to fix issues that arise, as well as fire your manager of delivery men. It's not the delivery mans fault they were rushing with the pressure from him!!!!
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Buy appliances elsewhere... Worth the price in hassles... I only saved $70 ...
