In concert with our separate and contracted landscaping project, I decided to set up my own irrigation system. Pete was fantastic to deal with as he designed a system for me with quality parts and was extremely helpful with sharing his knowledge to ready me with all of the required tools to perform all required tasks. The system he sold me was colour coded, well constructed and truly dummy proofed for me to put together. He really prepared me with all aspects of the project but I just couldn't convince him to help me dig trenches. (ha ha) The after sales support was fantastic as I was able to ask follow up questions with Pete and any of the crew at Regency Irrigation. These are top notch folks and an asset to all DIYers.

Mr. Burgoyne and his crew have left our bare land with a great way to increase our home's curb appeal. We've received great feedback from friends and neighbors and likely have sent a number of new clients to Natural Landscapes Inc. for next season. Thank you Doug.

We've had a great experience with United Alarms. The sales lady was patient and took the time to discuss options with me and the installer was really fantastic to deal with. I believe his name is Artur. What really impressed me was when one of our sensors died on us. A replacement was scheduled for the next day of which Artur showed up and was again; really great to work with. Thanks again United.

Alarmforce was good to deal with in the beginning. The sales folks were easy to speak to and the installation tech was quick and efficient. Our problems arose ~5 years later when alarms did not register with central monitoring and upon speaking to their call centre representatives - we just couldn't justify such service. We chose not to renew with Alarmforce in our new home largely due to the signals that didn't reach central monitoring - sort of the whole point of such services. p.s. I should add that you can buy the speaker battery at any specialized battery shop for far less than what they charge. It is basically an additional $80 for an installer to deliver it to you.

I've used Benross on two seperate occasions for our previous home. In both instances, the workers were efficient, friendly and cleaned up after the work was completed. That is too bad a previous poster had a bad experience with Benross - I can only say nice things about Keith and his team. On the first job, Kavan had to fix a leak in our bathroom ceiling. Once the leak was fixed, he re-textured the ceiling and even got the colour to match the surrounding areas. On the second job, Benross' guy was able to fix an electrician's faulty wiring, properly adjust a ceiling fan and install a new lighting fixture. - All of which should have been completed by the home builder as we were within the first year of posession.

I've been a repeat client for Keith and he continues to provide the best and most thorough furnace cleanings. I've sung his praises before and will continue to do so. This time, he came to clean our 6 month old newly built home. As I was chatting to him during his prep work, we both discovered that the previous ' furnace cleaner' failed to remove a piece of cardboard that was lodged near my furnace burners. There was absolutely now way that it could have been planted there as I watched as Keith cut an access port into the furnace. Shame on 'Air Maids' for doing such a shoddy job of the pre-posession furnace cleaning. Attached is a picture of the cardboard piece we found.
