I was impressed by the pleasant and businesslike attitude of this company. Darun explained what was involved and gave me an acceptable quote. Today he and Rob were here and did an excellent job as promised including the clean up on completion. Darun wouldnt accept payment until I inspected and approved the work done. We hired Daniel and his company last year and he was pleasant, helpful and work was started. We wanted to hire him because it was a family owned business and it was in our neighbourhood. We had him rip out the railroad ties and make us a concrete retaining wall, a concrete piece in front of the stairs and brick work for the flower beds. The flower beds are lovely and still going strong. Other than they cut the pipe for the sump pump to deliver water away from the house and it now goes toward the house. Now for the issues, once final payment was made, Daniel does not return phone calls, does not come by to see what the problems are and basically has written us off. The issues, when the work was done it looked great, but it is now one year later, the paint has peeled, parts of the wall are crumbling and there are cracks in the concrete slab. Also when he was returning calls, he had to fix cracks in the retaining wall and they are not holding up well. My only recourse now is to either hire someone else to fix everything properly and/or contact a lawyer. If you are considering hiring this company, I don't recommend it, but run as far away from them as you can.

As is often the case our problem occurred on a weekend- this was Labour Day weekend so I was both surprised and pleased when Ashley said she would come on the Monday!. She showed on time; asked relevant questions; explained her process and product and even printed clearly what was done on my receipt. Work was done efficiently and safely and guaranteed for 90 days. I was told to expect to see stragglers for up to 2 days and if they persisted after that she would return and repeat treatment. She knows her stuff and is fair and honest. I would recommend her highly ( and already have) hooray for small business- wishing you every success. Thanks

Having used this company before I had no hesitation in calling Valentin again for a new problem with a broken sink basket strainer that had rotted at the pipe union. Your company contacted me to offer annual maintenance for our back flow valve. On inspection it was found that tree roots had broken into the exterior drainage pipe and replacement was recommended. We were given a quotation and the work was completed on time and within budget without any fuss or problems.
