Ephraim provided the highest level of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate and responses to queries were turned around very quickly. The answers were clear and, where necessary, detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly. During the install, he came with his own house slippers, which I thought was a class act.

This company is number one for bad customer service. This is my first review on any company and I truly believe AlarmForce provided me with the worst customer service experience. I called in after receiving a false alarm bill. I called in wanting to find out why I was charged $130 for a false alarm since the alarm went off due to a system malfunction. One of the sensor was broken and they ended up sending a technician out to replace it. I was told “I’m sorry, but that’s our Policy and I’m not connecting you with my supervisor.” With this company I feel once you sign the contact they don't care how they speak to you.
