I knew I would pay more for Chem-Dry but had had them clean my carpets years ago so thought the price would be worth it. This company, though, does not work according to the original Chem-Dry process and it was a TERRIBLE job. There was even loose dirt in various spots and spots that weren't even touched by the cleaner - who spent almost all of his time on the phone. The price, too, was about $100 more than was quoted! When I called to complain, they would only send the cleaner back. This man made me very nervous and I was in the house alone so I sent him away. VERY POOR business.

Regarding your issue with the quote are legally restricted to quote over the phone or via email, as such my employees are forbidden to even use the word quote on the phone, that is why we always give estimates and have the technicians follow up onsite with a no obligation quote. Absolutely terrible job!! I bought a coupon for $59 and thought this would do for my little place, but it ended up being $120 because it was on two floors. It was the worst job I've ever experienced and it took 1.5 hours to air out the bad smell left by this couple.

Assisted Review

I just wanted to say, I can’t hire a cleaning company often, but just got a different company because I had a coupon for them. The job they did is absolutely TERRIBLE … my home doesn't feel clean at all and they had a horrible attitude. My experience with Mango Maids has been wonderful every time and this experience just cements that it is only you I’ll come to and promote in the future. Have a wonderful day!!
