Very honest. I started getting bites and suspected i had bed bugs. I searched the house and found nothing but I decided to go ahead and schedule a bb treatment anyways. I called Muhammad and he said that he didn't want to treat my house if there was no evidence of a problem because he didn't want to take my money unfairly and didn't want to bring chemicals into my house unnecessarily. As soon as he found out i had a baby at home he came right away. He was honest, prompt, patient and kind.
