In December, the Button’s Heating and Air Conditioning helped us with an emergency when our furnace broke down (it broke down on our baby’s due date and we were planning to have a home birth). They were very accommodating and were able to push our appointment up because of our situation. Their service was excellent and they seem to really care about helping us out the best they could. Because of this experience, we decided to go with Button’s again for our air conditioner this May. Again their customer service was exceptional, as we met with Todd Button who explained to us what our options were for our air conditioner. In fact, we also decided to replace our water heater as well. On the installation day, our installers were efficient in their work and were also friendly. We are happy to be customers of Button’s and will continue to do business with them in the future. We would recommend people to Button’s who are looking to get heating and air conditioning work done from a family-owned business who cares about their customers.

We recently had all our windows done and were extremely pleased with the service and work provided by Superior Home Improvements. Karl took his time to explain things to us when we got our quote. The installation team of Art, Dan, and Jamie installed our windows with care and were able to troubleshoot any problems encountered. They also made sure that everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get windows done. Their work shows that they stand by their motto of “Do it Right, Do it Once!”.

On January 26 we had a home inspection done by Tony from Ancoe Home Inspections. He did an awesome job, as he was very thorough and informative by explaining everything about our home to us. We were also very impressed because it was also very, very cold outside and Tony took time carefully inspecting the exterior of our house, which included him climbing his ladder to get a better look at the roof. Tony is the kind of inspector that will go above what is required and he cares about the safety and customer satisfaction of home owners. He also provides a detailed online and hard copy report after the inspection is done. I would definitely recommend Tony to other people looking for a home inspector.
