A Plus installed a Trane XR 13 Air conditioner unit in my home this past June. The overall experience I had with the company was really good. From the initial home assessment to determine what my need was to the actual installation of the unit and the follow up call I got from the office people to make sure the technicians had done a good job, this company impressed me. The installation team came on time and was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. I appreciated that they planned out where the unit was going to be placed and gave me a heads up before placing it there. They were very diligent in performing the installation, the finished product felt good. I have gone through an entire summer with the unit and did not have any issues with the unit. I am very happy with the significant cost savings in my hydro bill as my previous unit was almost 20 years old.
