Frank at Clera windows was wonderful to deal with. From the initial visit it felt as though he was working on our side, and trying to get us the most bang for the buck. He was very personable and easy to deal with, especially with any concerns or questions we had. He was very prompt with returning phone calls, and getting information out to us. Drew and Paul, the installers did a wonderful job, especially considering the weather and working conditions (winter install). I was very impressed with their professionalism, as well as their friendly attitude. They rounded out the experience and have made me a return customer. I would absolutely recommend Frank, Drew, and Paul to anybody looking to replace or retrofit windows. Together as a team they have made this experience easy, enjoyable, and removed any stress or concerns we had doing a winter installation with pets and an infant in the home.
