An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hi Ann and Total Home Team, I need to tell you that I had my doubts regarding the service and windows we installed after the job was finished. ...and you can not blame me for this, isn’t it? It’s a crazy world outside. We only can share the past good or bad experience and with Total Home Windows and Doors it was a great one! Your statement that you guys will make it PERFECT I thought is only a sell speech, but... I have to tell you the experience of dealing with all of you was amazing! For example after the installation I thought that a small piece of glue left inside the windows will not be a warranty item…and I was wrong! You sent the service crew to replace the whole glass panel. I am not sure how many companies will do this. It is an unusual story to pass around and I already told couple of my friends and clients. They were surprised to find out there are still companies out which is standing behind the work and the product they sell. Ann, I do not remember the owner/boss name but please do me a favor and pass my appreciation and thanks to him and the whole team that make such an astonishing business experience!
