Rooting out tree roots in our drains
Service was provided the day I called although my issue was not an urgent one. Through a step-by-step process Jason showed me why a recurring problem we have had is, actually, a completely different issue than what we thought. The problem isn't tree roots in our drains but an aging stack. Through detailed explanation and a process of elimination I was shown how the problem was identified. Feels great to be an educated consumer.

That is why Express Rooter likes to come out and see the problems first hand. Sometimes the consumer does not know exactly what the problem is, therefore the wrong advise could be given over the phone. However when we see the problem we can give an accurate assessment. We also feel better knowing that the consumer completely understands what the problem is.
