We discovered a leak in our dining room cieling and we did not know what to do.I called Water Works Plumbing and Michael discovered that the grouting in our shower was cracked.He scraped and cleaned out the debris and caulked the area so neatly. It no longer leaks and we are once again thrilled with Water Works Plumbing servicesThanks Michael!.

We had a chronic leaking basement problem for 12 years now.We called in our regular plumber from Water Works and they offered the most sensible and cost effective solution possible.The engineer recommended to regrade our property for 10s of thousand of dollars.Michael came up with an ingenious solution of installing a sump pit,pump,and internal weeping pipes that work like a charm.Our basement is currently drying up and will be totally dry in the next few days.I can whole heartedly recommend this company to any one who could use this kind of care and expertise. Last week Angelo our kitchen man removed all of our cupboard doors to get refinished.Unfortunately when he removed the dishwasher panel and we were not able to open our dishwasher.So , we put a call into Water Works and they arrived within 45 minutes.Michael toiled until he figured how to open our Miele dishwaher.We were in a panic because were having a dinner party the next evening.Michael got it under control for us. What a relief to know that we can count on Water Works Plumbing when we are in a "pinch".Thank You Mike!

Dear Sir/Madam, We have used them for almost 10 years now.On one occcasion they saved me untold thousands of $$.Our drain was backing up into our basement so we found that the problem was caused by a city tree on mostly their side of the "line".We had the city fix this problem at their expense.Another time they installed a fantastic water filtration system for our kitchen.My wife's cooking tastes even better with the filtered water she uses.They also were able to install an antique faucet we had ,by locating the new type washerless plumbing valves.They do the legwork,research and come up with the fantastic results we want.
