Dario and his crew were exceptional! Everything I asked for, they delivered on..and more. We had a Master Bath completely gutted and redone to perfection…all tile work, wall mouldings,shower, fine finishing etc was done exactly how I wanted. In the meantime, once they started I added on a little here and there and my master bedroom was also gutted, new hardwood laid and fabulous shiplap boards added to the walls..leaving me with a Cape Cod oasis. The crew was punctual, cleaned up after themselves and took great pride in their work. Price was fair for what we ended up with and Dario's follow up prompt and efficient. Highly recommend this company!!!

When our original furnace failed, I was told to call A 1, misunderstood and called another company with a similar name..my first mistake. We ended up with a terrible install and a furnace that failed within a year. That furnace failed on New Years Day and A1 was there to bail us out. The install was a unique and difficult one due to venting etc and lots of modifications needed to be made..we were actually concerned that it couldn't be done but Perry and his crew of Chris and Mike were brilliant!! They arrived on time on the coldest day of the year and worked hard inside and outside in -40 temps to make sure we had heat!! Never so happy spending money!!! I would only ever deal with A1 from here on in! I have dealt with the other guys and it cost me money and peace of mind...not again now that we are with A1 Their follow up service and post install inspection has also impressed us!

We were without hot water (and furnace) during the recent cold snap! Reliance came the next day to service the hot water tank and we booked a tank and piping upgrade once new furnace was installed. The Reliance installer (Joey D. #0977) was on-time, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Ours was not an easy install and he problem solved on the spot and had us up and running in no time. He was respectful of my home and left the job site just as he found it..spotless and without any damage to my stairs etc. Joey was a terrific installer, friendly yet respectful. His knowledge of the equipment and the venting was impressive.....we are very satisfied with Reliance!
