Bought a Samsung Washing machine in 2013. We never used it for the 1st 6 months and when we did after, the machine would sound as though it will blow up. We were referred to Samsung (who after 3 visits) fixed the issue temporarily. 4 months ago issue started and the manufacturer's warranty was over. So we used the Gold plan and called their service department. Tech came and all he did was talk me out of it. Wife still complained and after multiple calls, they said they will be sending a tech. It has been a week and no response. Washing machine was a lemon from the get go. If not for Harry (Brampton location) I will never ever shop at Bad Boy again. Trying to get their extended warranty to help is like pulling teeth. You won Bad Boy, thanks for the lemon we purchased.
